R&D confirmed the existence of this problem with the new update (using old pc version).
In addition, this will be solve in the next update release.
Anyway, if you face this problem (only happening using the cad cam account) please follow the workflow described below.
The goal is basically give to the cad cam user the full rights to use the scanner software. User that does not exist due that the new SW is optimize for the new computers model, which does not have 2 accounts but only one.
1. Start the pc as Administrator ---- start the Scanner400 ‘Properties’
2. Create a cadcam user under the ‘Security’ – ‘Group or user names’
3. At the end check if the user has Full Control on this Scanner400 folder.
