R&D has confirmed the existence of this issue between the new update and the old PC version when updating using the CAD/CAM account.
The CAD/CAM user needs full rights in order to use the scanner software. That user does not exist in the new software, because the new software doesn't offer that account.
This will be solved in the next release.
- Start the PC as Administrator.
- Start the Scanner400, and go to Properties.
- Under Security/Group or user names.
- Create a CAD/CAM user.
- Check if the user has Full Control on the Scanner400 folder.
