In certain versions of 3Shape, a bug exists where scanning a case with gingiva in the order form will constantly ask for the gingival mask.
Here's how to fix this:
- Set up the order without the gingiva on the order form.
- Scan the case as normal.
- After the case is scanned, open the order form and then add the gingiva. Click OK. You will be asked if you want to re-scan the case. Click No.
You will now be able to design the case with the gingiva.
