Inspection of milling work

-No surface discoloring
-No glossy patches on the surface
The construction should not be used for the manufacture of dental prostheses if one of the deficiencies listed us detected.
Post process the zirconia with a white rubber wheel to smooth the sprue areas and blow off any dust with an air hose. Leftover dust will result in white spots in the finished product.
Apply the incisal liquid with the provided applicators or small brush that holds similar amounts of liquid. You do not need to go over areas already covered. One stroke per area is enough.
Submerge the restoration in the dentin liquid for 45 seconds.
Do not sinter frames when wet. Only completely dry frames should be sintered.
Please adhere to the specified drying times. When using liquids other manufacturers refer to the respective recommendation.
The sintering parameters are recommendations and could need to be altered depending on the sintering furnace being used and the desired results.
Do not place milled work in the furnace where the maximum residual temperature is greater than 70 degrees Celsius. (Temperature Shock)
Never open the furnace door at a temperature exceeding 200 degrees Celsius. (Possible damage to heating elements and the objects being fired. (Temperature Shock)
If you find that the restoration are lacking in chroma you would want to decrease the high temp to 1525C
It is advisable to use translucent, polymer modified, self-adhesive or composed cements.
