What are the buttons that pop up when selecting units in SUM3D?
This article will help you use the toolbar to select items in SUM3D in various workflows.
If you forget which button does what...you can also hover over the button to get the pop-up. You typically only need to use the first four buttons, and the last button with the circle check button.
Unselect All - Used if you go click crazy by accident and want to start all over again. Or just want to unselect everything.
Add to Selection - Add a single item to the selection process. Usually the default option when starting a selection process.
Remove from Selection - Opposite of Add to Selection to remove a single object. Sometime SUM3D will revert back to Add to Selection after you select the object you want to remove.
Select all items - Use this to select all the items in view. Typically used when you want to use the function to automatically nest the units again.
Confirm/Exit - Use this to exit if nothing is selected or to confirm your selection for the next steps.
The other buttons are not used for Dental Applications for milling at this time.
