When looking at the order lists managing the cases, yellow triangles may appear, indicating that the file is not found.
The CAD file will need to be generated. For 3Shape this requires the user to manually generate the CAD file by selecting the order (if it did not do it automatically).
Otherwise, there could be an issue generating the 3Shape order item due to some error that can be seen in the Dental Manager.
There are known issues where there is a file but the exclamation exists anyway:
- A time delay in the refresh of the update.
- Network communication is giving an issues due to domain issues or no authentication. This is a known issue that is still being worked on..
