Check that your license count is accurate and that you have at least one license available.
Restarting the application will resolve the issue most of the time.
If it doesn't, below are possible causes, and possible fixes. Your IT may need to assist.
Firewall issues on the client machine
- An issue interrupted service.
- Firewalls had been turned off, but got restarted with a 3Shape server restart.
General dongle server issue
- Restart server to see if that clears up the issue.
Poor network connection
- Connections have been interrupted by the router.
Additionally, check whether any updates—to either 3Shape or your system—have taken place. An update may change the stability of the setup.
