This article is to help users check what version of Millbox they are running, their current license status, and to package support files before any editing occurs to help capture a snapshot of the setup to properly escalte the issue that happened.
To check your Millbox version. Click on the top left corner of the application.
A menu should drop-down and you should see the option to select Support
Another menu will pop-up to give you the following information. This will help expedited your service or help you check your current license version for Millbox edition. For this example we have a temporary license but for paying customers, your dongle number will be included to reference.
To exit, click the check mark button.
Create a snapshot of an error in Millbox
As you move along the process and you run into an error that you want to report, the best practice is to create a package for CIMSystem and/or CAP. Press the button that says "Create a backup for support."
When the package is complete, you will get a prompt and folder pop-up that has the CAM and additional information package to capture the error.
